Mamelodi Sundowns: The ONE foreign international leaving confirmed

Mamelodi Sundowns will send at least ONE foreign international out on loan before the start of the season to free up their foreign quota.

As things stand, Sundowns have no fewer than SIX foreign internationals on their books, and those cannot be registered as locals.

And they are Divine Lunga, Abubeker Nassir, Abdelmounaim Boutouil, Gaston Sirino, Pavol Safranko, Erwin Saavedra while Peter Shalulile is expected to be registered as a local.

Now, what has been confirmed is that Lunga will spend the season away on loan from Sundowns after traveling to Durban on Monday, 1 August.

However, it is unclear, at this stage, which of the KwaZulu Natal teams he will join, but reports suggest Lunga could be heading to Richards Bay FC.
