SAN ANTONIO — HEB is voluntarily issuing a recall for his or her HEB model of ice cream resulting from mislabelling, in accordance with a press launch.
The discharge states that HEB Creamy Creations Gentle Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Half Gallon is being recalled resulting from an undeclared allergen. The product comprises wheat, a recognized allergen that isn’t listed on the product label.
In keeping with HEB, the difficulty was found when HEB Creamy Creations Gentle Cookies and Cream Ice Cream was recognized in some packing containers labeled as HEB Creamy Creations Gentle Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream that contained wheat as an ingredient.
All affected merchandise have been faraway from retailer cabinets and no sicknesses have been reported, in accordance with the press launch.
